  • 1936-1946
  • F.A. Reynolds Co. and Ohio Band Instrument Co.; WWII production for the U.S. Army Air Force bands.
  • 1946-1961
  • Purchased by Scherl & Roth (Cleveland); began operating as "Roth-Reynolds" in 1952.
  • 1961-1963
  • RMC-Reynolds subsidiary of Richards Music (Elkhart); bankrupt in 1963 (early '64?)
  • 1964-1970
  • Company assets purchased by CMI. Operations moved to Abilene, Texas; production shared with F.E. Olds (California)
  • 1971-1979
  • Operations consolidated to the Olds plant in Fullerton; factory shut down in 1979.
